RETURN POLICY

Elladora have a 30-day return policy, which means if you're not completely satisfied with our items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at elladorastore@elladorastore.com.au . If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorize your return. We'll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to return your package. 

All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured box, recommended by us. Unless an error has occurred at the fault of Elladora, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Elladora does not assume responsibility for lost parcels. 

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue and make it right. Customer satisfaction is our high priority.

 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons. Items purchased on sale, promotional items, free gifts, charity pieces, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards are not eligible to be returned.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process. Under consumer law, ‘Elladora’ reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure you get that jewellery you were after is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item to be sent out to you as soon as possible. 

 


REFUNDS

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we will promptly inform you if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. 


* Please also note the turnaround times with your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

ORDERS MADE WITH AFTERPAY 

Any order placed with a third-party payment company will not be affected by exchanges or credits. If an order is required to be refunded due to fault, the amount refunded will be processed using your original payment method (using the linked bank account/debit card associated with the third-party provider).
