Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 11:59 am on weekdays are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once Australia Post has collected your parcel.
Yes, during peak times like sales, public holidays, and celebratory periods, allow up to 5 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email.
Orders under $49.99: $10.00 for standard shipping (2-5 business days) and $15.00 for express shipping (1-4 business days).
Orders over $50.00: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Currently, we only ship to New Zealand. Standard shipping is $14.80 (8-12 business days), and express shipping is $29.80 (4-8 business days).
Prices do not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged upon entry to your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
While we aim for prompt delivery, delays can occur with Australia Post. Check their website for the latest transit times and delivery information.

Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return if you're not completely satisfied. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.
Contact our customer care team at elladorastore@elladorastore.com.au to initiate a return. If your return is authorised, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on Elladora's part. We recommend using tracked postage as we're not liable for lost parcels.
Earrings, sale items, promotional gifts, charity pieces, custom orders, personalised items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Only faulty items due to manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund.
